Flipkart has announced a 2025 Company Performance Multiplier (bonus) of 105% for all eligible employees, according to an internal communication sent by Chief Human Resources Officer Seema Nair.
The company said the multiplier reflects its progress across key business, operational, financial, and people metrics, alongside continued growth momentum and movement toward sustainable profitability.
Entrackr has reviewed a copy of the email.
As per the communication, bonus payouts for eligible employees at SD and below grades will be made in March. For VPs and SVPs, payouts will be processed after the closure of the 2025 performance cycle.
According to sources, around 20,000 employees are expected to be benefited by this announcement.
Entrackr has reached out to Flipkart for more details.
The development comes soon after the Walmart-owned company laid off around 300 employees as part of its annual performance review cycle. According to reports, Flipkart has also completed its reverse flip to proceed with its initial public offering (IPO).
On Friday, Flipkart announced the appointment of Nishant Verman as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Partnerships. He will focus on strengthening the company's corporate development and partnership initiatives. The firm also said that its Group CFO, Sriram Venkataraman, will transition out of his role, and Ravi Iyer, CFO at Flipkart, will oversee the broader finance organisation.
