Managed workspace solutions provider IndiQube reported a 35.2% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations for Q4 FY26, while its losses narrowed 27.7% due to improved operating leverage backed by scale and higher occupancy levels.
IndiQube's revenue from operations rose to Rs 401.5 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 296.9 crore in Q4 FY25, according to its financial statement sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
The company also reported Rs 24.2 crore in non-operating income, which took its total income to Rs 425.7 crore in Q4 FY26.
For the full fiscal year FY26, the company's revenue from operations grew 37.0% to Rs 1,450.8 crore from Rs 1,059.3 crore in FY25.
On the expense side, depreciation and amortisation, the largest cost component, rose 35.8% to Rs 177 crore in Q4 FY26, while finance costs increased 30.8% to Rs 119.2 crore. Employee benefit expenses also grew 5.2% to Rs 24.2 crore during the quarter. Overall, the company's total expenses rose 29% year-on-year to Rs 449.6 crore.
At the bottom line, the firm reported a 27.7% decline in losses, with the figure narrowing to Rs 22.7 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 31.3 crore in Q4 FY25. On a quarterly basis, however, losses increased from Rs 17 crore reported in Q3 FY26.
For the full FY26 fiscal year, IndiQube's losses narrowed 23.8% to Rs 106.3 crore from Rs 139.6 crore in FY25.
IndiQube continued to expand its footprint during the year. The workplace operator now runs 130 centres across 17 cities and manages 9.66 million sq. ft. as of March 2026, with steady-state occupancy at 88%.
IndiQube closed today at Rs 173.52 per share, valuing the company at about Rs 3,773 crore.
