Kissht parent crosses Rs 8,000 Cr AUM in Q1 FY27; loan disbursements rise 37%

OnEMi Technologies Pvt Ltd, the parent company of digital lending brands Kissht and RING, reported strong business momentum in the first quarter of FY27, with its assets under management (AUM) crossing the Rs 8,000 crore mark and loan disbursements posting healthy year-on-year growth, according to the company's provisional business update on NSE.

The Mumbai-based company's assets under management (AUM) grew 61% to approximately Rs 8,001 crore as of June 30, 2026, from Rs 4,972 crore a year earlier. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, AUM rose 13.2% during the June quarter.

Kissht disbursed loans worth nearly Rs 3,812 crore during Q1 FY27, compared to Rs 2,780 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The growth stood at 37.1% year-on-year.

The company also continued to expand its customer base. Its registered users rose 33% year-on-year to 74.6 million, while cumulative customers served increased 26.4% to 12.25 million. During the quarter, the company added around 0.5 million customers.

Kissht also continued to diversify its loan book. Its Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio accounted for 7.7% of the overall AUM at the end of June 2026, up from 2.5% a year ago and 7.3% at the end of March 2026.

The company said the disclosed figures are provisional and remain subject to review by its statutory auditors.

In the fourth quarter, the company reported a 68% year-on-year increase in operating revenue to Rs 619 crore, while profit rose 52% to Rs 82 crore during the quarter.

For the full fiscal year FY26, operating revenue climbed 63% to Rs 2,179 crore from Rs 1,337 crore in FY25, while profit surged nearly 75% to Rs 281.

The company's improving financial performance has also reflected in its share price. Since its stock market debut, Kissht's shares have climbed 81.3% from the IPO price of Rs 171 to close at Rs 310 on July 3, taking its market capitalization to Rs 5,223 crore.
