Nandita Sinha, chief executive officer of Myntra, is set to step down from her role and will move on from the company in the coming weeks, according to a Moneycontrol report.
Sinha has been with the Walmart-owned Flipkart Group since 2013 and took over as CEO of Myntra in 2022.
Sources said Sharon Pais, currently heading Flipkart Fashion and formerly chief business officer at Myntra, is the frontrunner to take over the top role at the fashion e-commerce platform. In November 2025, Pais moved to the role of business unit head for Flipkart Fashion.
Responding to Entrackr's queries, a Myntra spokesperson said, "We don't comment on market speculation."
The development comes at a time when Myntra posted strong financial performance. Its profit surged 18X to Rs 548 crore in FY25 from Rs 30 crore in FY24, while revenue grew 18% to Rs 6,042.7 crore in FY25.
In November 2024, Myntra entered the quick commerce space with the launch of M-Now, which delivers fashion and beauty products within 30 minutes to 2 hours. The move puts it in competition with new-age companies such as Slikk, Knot, and Zilo.
Sinha's exit is a key leadership change within the Flipkart Group, which also plans an initial public offering (IPO).
