Fintech platform super.money has launched splitStore, an in app marketplace that allows users to shop across brands and pay in zero interest instalments.

The Bengaluru-based company said the feature combines shopping with embedded credit, allowing eligible users to split payments without a credit card, processing fee or interest. The offering is currently live for a select group of users, with a wider rollout underway.

According to the company, splitStore provides access to more than 60 lakh products across categories including smartphones, fashion, electronics, appliances, beauty, fitness, home and furniture. Brands available on the platform include Apple, Nothing, Nike, Adidas, Marshall, Mokobara and Snitch, while deliveries will be handled through Flipkart's logistics network.

Users can access the instalment facility after completing KYC verification, with credit offered through regulated lending partners.

"The next opportunity after UPI is transforming how India shops by making affordability a seamless part of the checkout experience," said Prakash Sikaria, founder and CEO of super.money.

With splitStore, super.money has expanded beyond UPI payments into commerce and embedded credit. The company already offers UPI payments, secured RuPay credit cards, checkout financing and personal loans through its app.

The company said splitStore has been tested with a limited group of users over the past few weeks ahead of the wider rollout.

As per data published by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), super.money was the fifth largest UPI app by transaction volume as of June, behind PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm and Navi.
