BEL dividend 2025: Leading defence PSU Bharat Electronics (BEL) has declared the much-awaited cash reward for the current fiscal. The state-owned company on Wednesday announced that its board has decided to pay an interim dividend of 150 per cent for the financial year 2025. This is the first-ever dividend announcement by the PSU for the current fiscal.

While declaring the 150 per cent interim dividend, BEL board has also fixed the record and payment date for the same.

State-owned defence giant BEL on Wednesday informed that its board of directors has declared interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share of Re 1 each fully paid-up (150 per cent) for the financial year 2024-25. This is the first interim dividend announcement by BEL for FY25.

BEL Dividend 2025 Record Date

To determine who will be eligible to receive the 150 per cent dividend, Bharat Electronic has fixed Tuesday, March 11, 2025, as the record date. This means, sharesholders who would appear in the company's records as on March 11, will be eligible to receive the Rs 1.5 dividend per share.
