Bharat Forge Q4 results 2026, Bharat Forge Dividend 2026: Bharat Forge Ltd today announced its earnings for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-26. Along with the quarterly results, the company declared a 325 per cent final dividend for its shareholders.

Bharat Forge is engaged in manufacturing components for automotive, railways, defence, construction, mining, aerospace, marine and oil & gas sectors.

The board of Bharat Forge today recommended a final dividend of Rs 6.50 for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. However, the dividend is subject to approval of the members of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

"Recommended a final Dividend of Rs. 6.50/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2 each of the Company (at the rate of 325%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company," Bharat Forge said in an exchange filing.

The final dividend, if approved by the members, will be paid on or after Friday, August 14, 2026, the company said.

Bharat Forge Q4 results 2026

Bharat Forge's consolidated net profit declined 17 per cent year-in-year to Rs 233 crore in the January-March quarter versus against Rs 283 crore reported in the same quarter of the previous financial year.

The components manufacturer's revenue from operations reported a growth of 18 per cent to Rs 4,528 crore in Q4 FY26 versus Rs 3,853 crore posted by the company in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

Total expenses in the fourth quarter were higher at Rs 4,089.33 crore as compared to Rs 3,483.04 crore in the same period a year ago, the company said.

On quarter-on-quarter basis, the company's profit after tax (PAT) fell 14 per cent as compared to Rs 273 crore. However, its topline in the quarter under review increased 4 per cent versus Rs 4,343 crore in the October-December quarter of FY26.

At the operational level, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased 14.21 per cent to Rs 778 crore during the quarter under review, compared to Rs 681 crore in Q4 FY25. EBITDA margin fell slightly to 17.2 per cent in the reporting quarter against 17.7 per cent in Q4 FY25.

Bharat Forge said it incurred a total exceptional outgo of Rs 98.73 crore in the fourth quarter due to impairment of investment in subsidiary, impact of labour code and incidental expenses on restructuring of its German arm, Bharat Forge CDP GmbH. .

The company said its board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 6.5 per equity share of the face value of Rs 2 for FY26, subject to approval of shareholders at its ensuing annual general meeting.

For FY26, consolidated net profit was at Rs 1,089.4 crore as against Rs 913.28 crore in FY25.

Consolidated revenue from operations in FY26 stood at Rs 16,811.65 crore as compared to Rs 15,122.8 crore in FY25, the company said.

Commenting on the performance, Chairman and Managing Director Baba Kalyani said the company secured new orders worth Rs 4,814 crore during FY26, including defence contracts worth Rs 2,816 crore.

"We have initiated the restructuring of the steel business of CDP Bharat Forge and we expect this process to conclude by end of CY27," Kalyani stated.

"The management is pursuing various alternative business opportunities in Europe to leverage its scaled down manufacturing footprint," he added.

Bharat Forge Share Price

Shares of Bharat Forge today ended at Rs 1991.05, Rs 116.80 or 6.23 per cent higher from the previous closing of Rs 1,874.25, on the BSE.
