BHEL Dividend, BHEL Q4 results 2026: State-owned Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) today announced its earnings for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-26 and also declared a dividend for its shareholders.

The Board of BHEL today has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.40 for the financial year 2025-26.
"The Board has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1.40 per share of Rs. 2/-each (i .e. @ 70% on the paid up share capital of the Company) for FY 2025-26...," BHEL said in an exchange filing.
BHEL Dividend 2026 Payment date
Final Dividend, if declared by the Company in the Annual General Meeting shall be paid/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting, the PSU added in the filing.
BHEL Q4 results 2026 (Consolidatde, YoY)
PSU Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) reported a 155 per cent year-on-year growth in its consolidated net profit to Rs 1,290.47 crore for the January-March quarter of the financial year 2025-26. The net profit is attributable to the owners of the company.
The company's revenue from operations increased 36.9 per cent YoY to come in at Rs 12,310 crore in Q4 FY26 from the same quarter of the last year. In Q4FY25, BHEL's revenue from operations stood at Rs 8,993 crore.
BHEL's EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) came in at Rs 1,754 crore in the fourth quarter of FY26 against Rs 832 crore in Q4 FY25, an increase of 111 per cent year-on-year. EBITDA margin improved to 14.2 per cent in Q4 FY26 from 9.2 per cent in the year-ago period.
It's other income increased to Rs 243 crore in the quarter under review from Rs 149.27 crore in Q4 FY25. The company also reported a 28.3 per cent year-on-year increase in total expenses for the reporting quarter, surging to Rs 10,842.69 crore from Rs 8,448.14 crore in the same period of the last year.

For the full financial year FY26, BHEL's profitablity witnessed a sharp rise, with net profit rising 200 per cent to Rs 1,600.26 crore from Rs 533.90 crore in FY25. The PSU's revenue for FY26 grew 19 per cent year-on-year to Rs 33,782.18 crore, compared with Rs 28,339.48 crore in the previous year.

Shares of BHEL were trading at Rs 379.15, up 26.75 or 7.59% from the previous closing of Rs 352.40, on the BSE at around 2.05 pm.
