Infosys Dividend 2026, Infosys Q4 Results 2025-26: Bengaluru-based IT giant declared its earnings for the January-March period of the current financial year on Thursday (April 23).
Apart from the quarterly earnings, the IT company announced paying a dividend of Rs 25 per share to its shareholders.
Infosys, India's second-largest IT services firm, reported better-than-expected quarterly revenue, aided by a pickup in demand from its banking, energy and communication segments.

The Board of Directors in the meeting scheduled today, recommended a final dividend of Rs 25 per share for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
"Recommended a final dividend of ₹25/- per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The record date for the purpose of payment of final dividend is June 10, 2026 and the dividend will be paid on June 25, 2026.," the exchange filing said.

The company has fixed June 10, 2026 as the record date for the final dividend.

June 25, 2026 has been fixed as the payment date for the cash reward.
The company declared a buy back of shares with record date in November 2025.

Before that, an interim dividend of Rs 23 was announced with record date in October 2025. Earlier, a final dividend of Rs 22 was announced with record date in May.
Infosys Q4 results 2026
Infosys reported a 27.8 per cent quarter-on-quarter growth in its consolidated net profit to Rs 8,501 crore in the quarter ended March 31, 2026. It stood at Rs 6,654 crore in the previous quarter.
The IT major's revenue from operations stood at Rs 46,402 crore in the January-March quarter of FY26 against Rs 45,479 crore posted in the previous quarter, representing an increase of 2 per cent QoQ.
Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT) reported a growth of 1 per cent QoQ to come in at Rs 9,743 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 9,644 crore in the previous quarter. EBIT margin declined 30 bps at 20.9 per cent in Q4 FY26 against 21.2 per cent in the previous quarter.

The simplicity and strength of our AI services strategy across six areas is gaining traction in the market further strengthened by strong ecosystem AI partnerships enabling clients to get value from AI", said Salil Parekh, CEO and MD.

On Thursday, the IT stock closed at Rs 1242.60, down 2.04 per cent from its previous closing, on BSE.
