In the exchange filing, IT services major Infosys informed the bourses that it will announce results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at around 3:45 PM.

"The leadership team will be part of a press conference at 4:30 p.m. IST on April 23, 2026. The participating executives will address questions from the media during this interaction, which will be streamed live on the Investor Relations section of Infosys website, following which it will be archived here. The archive will be available after 6:30 p.m. IST on April 23, 2026 (after 9:00 a.m. ET)," Infosys said in the exchange filing shared today.

Infosys said it will conduct a 60-minute conference call on April 23, 2026, at 5:30 pm (8:00 a.m. ET; 5:00 a.m. PST; 1:00 p.m. London time; 8:00 p.m. Singapore/Hong Kong time) (open to investors/analysts in all regions), where the senior management will discuss company's performance and answer questions from participants. "To participate in the conference call, please dial the numbers provided below 10 - 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the call," the IT company said.
"During this time, the operator will provide instructions on how to ask questions. Alternatively, you can also pre-register yourself using the DiamondPass™ link provided below, which will enable you to connect to the conference call without having to wait for an operator. As participation in the call is limited, early registration is encouraged," Infosys further stated.
"This event will be webcast live on the Investor Relations section of Infosys website, following which it will be archived here. The archive will be available after 7:30 p.m. IST on April 23, 2026 (after 10:00 a.m. ET)," it added.
Infosys Q3 results 2026 performance
Infosys reported a 2.2 per cent decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs 6,654 crore for the October-December quarter of FY26. The Bengaluru-headquartered company had posted a net profit attributable to owners of the company of Rs 6,806 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
The company's revenue from operations increased 8.89 per cent to Rs 45,479 crore in Q3 FY26, compared with Rs 41,764 crore in the same period of the previous financial year.
On a sequential basis, profit declined 9.6 per cent from the September quarter (Q2 FY26), while revenue grew 2.2 per cent quarter-on-quarter.

Shares of Infosys today ended at Rs 1318.90, up Rs 13.70 or 1.05 per cent from the previous close of Rs 1305.20, on the BSE.
