Mahanagar Gas Dividend 2026, Mahanagar Gas Q4 Results 2026: State-run Mahanagar Gas Ltd (MGL) today declared its earnings for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 and also announced a final dividend for the shareholders.

Board of Mahanagar Gas today recommended a dividend of Rs 18 per share for the financial year 2025-26. However, the dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders of the company.
"Recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.18/-per equity share having face value of Rs.10/-each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company. This is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs.12/-per equity share, as declared by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 07, 2026. Accordingly, the total dividend for the financial will be Rs. 30/-per equity share having face value of Rs.10/-each," Mahanagar Gas said in an exchange filing.
Mahanagar Gas Q4 results 2026
Mahanagar Gas Ltd reported a 46.3 per cent year-on-year (YoY) decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs 130 crore in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-26 from Rs 241 crore posted in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
The company's revenue saw a 4.5 per cent YoY uptick to Rs 2,052 crore in January-March quarter from Rs 1,964 crore in the year-ago period.
It's EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) reported a decrease of 34,2 per cent YoY to Rs 260 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 395 crore in the preceding financial year. The PSU firm's EBITDA margin declined to 12.7 per cent in the reporting quarter from 20.1 per cent in the previous fiscal.

Sales rose 4.46 per cent to Rs 2052.05 crore in the quarter under review as against Rs 1964.38 crore during the same quarter of the previous year.
Mahanagar Gas standalone net profit saw a decline of 10.4 per cent YoY decline to Rs 201.97 crore for the third quarter of FY26. The company's net revenue rose 17 per cent to Rs 2,058.28 crore compared with the same period last year.
EBITDA increased 12 per cent YoY to Rs.352.07 crore during the quarter under review while the margin was at to 17.10 per cent in Q4 FY26 against 17.89 per cent in the year-ago period.
For the full year FY26,net profit declined 19.14 per cent to Rs 841.14 crore in the year ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1040.27 crore during the year-ago period. Sales rose 13.52 per cent to Rs 8245.70 crore in reporting quarter as against Rs 7263.80 crore posted in the year-ago period.
Mahanagar Gas Share Price
Shares of Mahanagar Gas today ended at Rs 1180.15, up Rs 11.55 or 0.99 per cent from the previous closing of Rs 1,168.60, on the BSE.
