In an exchange filing today, Muthoot Finance announced that its board has approved the payment of an interim dividend of Rs 30 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26.
"…Considered and approved the payment of an interim dividend of Rs. 30 (Rupees Thirty) per equity share (300%) for the Financial Year 2025-26…," Muthoot Finance Ltd said in the exchange filing.
Muthoot Finance Dividend 2026 Record Date
Muthoot Finance has fixed the record date for the dividend on April 17, 2026.
Shareholders whose names appear as on close of business hours of April 17, 2026 ("Record Date") (1) as Beneficial owners as per the list to be furnished by the Depositories in respect of the shares held in electronic form and (2) as Members in the Register of Members of the Company in respect of shares held in physical form, would be entitled to receive the interim dividend.
Muthoot Finance Dividend 2026 Payment Date
The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration, said the company in the exchange filing.
Muthoot Finance reported a standalone net profit of Rs 2,656 crore, an increase of 95 per cent YoY against Rs 1,363 crore reported in the same quarter last year. On sequential basis, the net profit improved by 10 per cent.
Net interest income (NII) stood at Rs 4,467 crore in A3 FY26, up from Rs 2,721 crore in the October-December 2024 quarter, reporting a growth of 64 per cent YoY.
The NBFC's consolidated loan assets under management (AUM) grew 48 per cent YoY to Rs 1,64,720 crore in 9M FY26, compared with Rs 1,11,308 crore reported in 9M FY25.
Loan AUM increased by Rs 38,905 crore in 9M FY26, registering a growth of 36 per cent and Gold Loan AUM increased by Rs 36,702 crores, registering an increase of 36 per cent.
Muthoot Finance Share Price
Shares of Muthoot Finance today ended at Rs 3572.55, up Rs 97.60 or 2.81 per cent from the previous close of Rs 3474.95, on the BSE.
