One of the most talked about Malayalam films of 2026 just gave fans something new to chew on. Composer Sushin Shyam confirmed that the first single from Patriot, the much awaited espionage thriller featuring Mammootty and Mohanlal together on screen, dropped on March 12.
About The Song
The track is called Kaattu Thottappol and it is a romantic number with lyrics written by Anwar Ali. Sai Prabha and Kapil Kapilan have lent their voices to it. The song poster features Kunchacko Boban and Darshana Rajendran, giving fans their first proper look at what the softer side of this otherwise intense thriller might sound like. Given Sushin Shyam's track record with Malayalam films, expectations around the music were already high before a single note was heard.
