**Place Wealth in a Red Pouch After Completing the Puja**
On the *Panchami* (fifth) or *Ashtami* (eighth) day of Navratri, one should take three turmeric roots, apply a *Kumkum* (vermilion) *tilak* to each, and then offer them before Goddess Bhagwati. According to Pandit Kalki Ram, one should thereafter worship these turmeric roots with proper rituals-including the lighting of lamps (*deep*), burning of incense (*dhoop*), and chanting of mantras. Once the worship is complete, these roots should be tied securely within a red cloth pouch and safely placed in the designated area where wealth is kept within the home. It is believed that performing this act ensures financial stability and prevents any shortage of funds from being felt throughout the year. Since turmeric is regarded as a symbol of auspiciousness, good fortune, and prosperity, this remedy is considered particularly fruitful.

**Bathe Nine Coins in Holy Water**

Sharing a second remedy, Pandit Kalki Ram suggested that during Navratri, one should take nine one-rupee coins and bathe them in pure water. Subsequently, offer these nine individual coins at the feet of the Goddess, placing a single clove (*laung*) atop each coin. Then, apply a *tilak* using red *Roli* (sacred vermilion powder) and perform the *Aarti* (ritual worship with lamps and incense). After completing the worship with full adherence to the prescribed rituals, tie these coins together in a piece of red cloth and pray to the Goddess for happiness, prosperity, and deliverance from all troubles. It is considered highly auspicious to subsequently place this pouch in the designated area where wealth is stored.

It is believed that this practice removes obstacles, paves the way for financial prosperity, and fosters a positive atmosphere within the family. According to astrological beliefs, remedies undertaken during Navratri with devotion, self-discipline, and faith boost an individual's morale and infuse their life with renewed energy. However, since these measures are rooted in religious faith, performing them with absolute conviction and a pure heart is considered to be of paramount importance.
