Cavinder Twins bash Carson Beck at UFC 314 amid breakup drama in Kai Trump video: "Nobody likes him"

What once seemed like a smart move from Carson Beck earlier this year now appears to be a PR disaster. He left Georgia and moved to Miami to be with his girlfriend, Hanna Cavinder , but their relationship took a wrong turn in just a few months.

Hanna, along with her twin sister Haley Cavinder and Kai Trump, attended UFC 34. Hanna revealed that she and Beck are no longer together.

No… literally no one likes him [Carson Beck]. I didn't break up with him because he cheated—I broke up with him because of who he is.

Cavinder further denied that he moved to Miami because of him.

I was not involved at all… A lot of people probably think that [but] no, I was not involved.

Hanna Cavinder said

Cavinder agreed that moving to Miami was the right move for Beck. His time at the Georgia Bulldogs came to an end after five years with the program.

Rival head coach took a dig at Carson Beck

Everyone thought Beck would announce for the draft. The pre-mock drafts projected him as a late second or an early third selection. However, they weren't aware that he would drop a bomb on them. After a few weeks of speculation, he opted to forgo the draft and entered the transfer portal.

It wasn't an unprecedented move. A lot of players in the past have made the choice to stay back one year to improve their draft stock.

The Miami Hurricanes pounced on the chance. Miami offered Carson Beck a $4.3 million NIL (name, image, and likeness) deal. As per On3.com, Beck ranks third in terms of NIL valuation among college athletes.

NIL has been all over the news because of Nico Iamaleava. The young quarterback left the Tennessee Volunteers after his demand for a $4 million NIL valuation was rejected by the school. Iamaleava transferred to UCLA and soon will be joined by his brother, Madden Iamaleava.

NIL was also one of the talking points in a recent segment of The Pivot podcast. Hosts Ryan Clark, Fred Taylor, and Channing Crowder invited former Las Vegas Raiders and current Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin to talk about the slowly changing college scenario.

Crowder brought up Beck's NIL valuation. The number shocked Kiffin, but at the same time, he managed to make a snarky comeback.

Miami gave him $4.3 million? Did they watch his game against us?

Lane Kiffin joked

Ole Miss defeated Georgia 28-10 in November last year. Beck didn't have the best of outings. He threw 20 completions from 31 attempts for 186 yards and one interception (72 QBR). He struggled while trying to run the ball, recording a minus 20 yards from 8 tries.

What Kiffin forgot was that a year earlier, his Rebels were destroyed by the Bulldogs when they traveled to Georgia for a match. Beck completed 306 yards on 18 completions, two touchdowns, and one pick as the game ended 52-17 in favor of the Bulldogs.

Carson Beck's career in college football so far

The 2023 season was Beck's best year in a Georgia uniform. He completed 72.4% of his passes for 3941 yards, 28 total touchdowns, and only 6 interceptions, ending the year with a 13-1 record and a win in the Orange Bowl over Florida State.

His final year was disappointing, considering his high standards. The completion percentage dipped to 64.7, and he threw 6 additional interceptions compared to the previous campaign.

Beck ended his Georgia career with 628 completions from 923 tries (68.0% completion rate), 63 overall touchdowns, and 20 interceptions with a healthy passer rating of 156.4.

Hi!!! I am Ishan Misra… I have covered the NFL & College Football for FirstSportz since 2023 (crossed 3000 articles). My first introduction to football was through Tom Brady's seventh Super Bowl triumph as the Buccaneers QB… whitewashing the Chiefs. The noise, confetti, passion, and sportsmanship of the players got me hooked, like a bee to a flower. When I am not fidgeting with my laptop keyboard and scrolling through Twitter for juicy gossip, I fondly spend my time reading Autobiographies of athletes… I am also a massive pop culture nut & enjoy listening to rock and old-school rap songs.
