John Harbaugh's latest admission opened new possibilities for Odell Beckham Jr., who is itching to return to football. And what better way to make his big comeback than by suiting up for the New York Giants, who drafted him 12 years ago.
Odell recently participated in Tom Brady's Flag Football Classic and proved that he can still make an impact as a receiver by scoring a touchdown. Sure, flag football is a different game, but that hasn't stopped fans from fantasizing about OBJ playing in the NFL once again.
When it comes to OBJ, only one team comes to mind, and that's the Giants. Reporters pressed head coach John Harbaugh at the annual owners meeting to see if the Giants plan to make a move for the Super Bowl winner. Harbaugh revealed that Beckham is one of his 'favorite people in the world.'
The obvious answer would be to look at every option, right? Odell's an option. We'll be looking at it for sure.

He made 14 starts, racking up 35 receptions for 565 yards and 3 touchdowns. After the Ravens declined to keep him around, Beckham left and signed with the Miami Dolphins. But he was first waived and then released in December after catching just 9 passes.
There are several upsides to signing Beckham for the Giants. Since his first stint in the Big Apple, he has gained experience playing in different systems, which Harbaugh can utilize.
Moreover, fans love him and have been urging the brass to re-sign the three-time Pro Bowler and two-time second-team All-Pro wideout for a while. He also has the backing of the locker room. Quarterback Jaxson Dart and WR Malik Nabers are big admirers of the veteran's craft.
Before the FFC in Los Angeles earlier this month, Beckham chatted with Kay Adams and revealed he would use the event as a platform to kickstart his bid for a quick return to the league.

If he commits to being a responsible elder in the room, only then should the Giants give him a chance.
Since leaving the Giants in 2018, OBJ has played for the Cleveland Browns, Los Angeles Rams, Ravens, and Dolphins, despite never wanting to. During that time, he appeared in 119 games, racking up 575 catches for 7987 yards and 59 touchdowns.
