GUWAHATI: Indian women's cricket stars were celebrated at the 2026 BCCI Naman Awards in New Delhi on Sunday, March 15, with Smriti Mandhana, Deepti Sharma, Sree Charani, and Mithali Raj among the major awardees.

Smriti Mandhana, vice-captain of the Indian women’s national team, won the Best International Cricketer-Women award for the fifth time. In the 2024–25 season, she scored 1,800 runs in 36 matches, including 7 centuries, and finished as India’s highest run-scorer in One Day Internationals.
All-rounder Deepti Sharma was recognised as the highest wicket-taker in ODIs, contributing crucial wickets and key batting performances.
Emerging spinner Sree Charani received the Best International Debut award for her impactful start to international cricket.
Former India captain Mithali Raj was honoured with the BCCI Lifetime Achievement Award for Women, recognising her illustrious career and long-standing contribution to Indian women’s cricket.
