Cabinet Approves CM Gram Transport Scheme

During a recent cabinet meeting, significant decisions were made, including the approval of the CM Gram Transport Scheme. Transport Minister Dayashankar Singh announced that 59,163 villages in the state will be connected directly to bus services. The government plans to ensure that each village has bus access at least twice a day, facilitating easier travel for residents. This initiative will link villages to block, tehsil, and district headquarters, improving access to education, healthcare, and other essential services. Additionally, the transport department has mandated that cab aggregator companies like Ola and Uber must register in Uttar Pradesh, as they will no longer be allowed to operate without state registration.

New Investment Regulations for Government Employees

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna shared details about administrative reforms, stating that government employees will now be required to declare their immovable assets annually. Furthermore, if an employee invests more than six months' salary in the stock market or other avenues, they must inform the government.

Renovation of Kanshiram Housing Scheme Buildings

In the housing sector, it was announced that buildings under the Kanshiram Housing Scheme will undergo painting and maintenance to ensure they remain secure for Dalits. Those residing illegally in these homes will be evicted. Additionally, 2,500 square meters of land will be allocated for a sports college in Ayodhya.
