Surat: In a significant boost to the city’s real estate landscape, the HALO Property Expo 2026 is set to take place from April 24 to 26 at Anthem Circle, Valthan–Punagam Canal Road on the Outer Ring Road. Organised by the Surat East Builders Association (SEBA), the three-day mega event is being positioned as the “Maha Kumbh” of the property sector, bringing developers, investors, and homebuyers onto a single platform.
The expo will be inaugurated at 12:30 pm on April 24 by Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha. Organisers emphasise that the event goes beyond a traditional property exhibition, aiming to create a comprehensive ecosystem that connects all stakeholders in the real estate sector.
More than 40 leading real estate developers and over 179 exhibitors will showcase upwards of 180 residential and commercial projects. Hosted inside a 1 lakh sq. ft. fully air-conditioned dome, the expo is expected to draw over 2 lakh visitors across three days.
Prominent developers such as Gopin Developers, Anthem Corporation, J. Eklera, Anant Group, Green Group, Devam Group, and MK Group will present a diverse portfolio ranging from affordable housing to premium properties and high-value investment opportunities.

Shreyansh Savani, President of SEBA, stated that the primary goal of the expo is to provide a transparent and reliable platform for property buyers. He noted that the initiative is expected to play a key role in accelerating the development of East Surat.
SEBA Secretary Dipesh Dhanani, along with members Vipul Radadiya and Hiren Patel, has also invited developers and stakeholders to actively participate in the event.
SEBA spearheading East Surat’s expansion
With a strong network of over 750 members, SEBA has grown into a major force in Surat’s real estate sector. The association covers nearly 75% of the city’s geographical spread, including rapidly developing areas such as Abrama, Mota Varachha, Utran, Kosad, Amroli, Valthan, Kadodara, Dindoli, Sachin, Kamrej, Kim, and Pipodara. Collectively, these regions are being branded as the “Sunrise of Surat.”
Areas like Varachha, Katargam, Udhna, Dindoli, Sachin, Kadodara, and the Kim–Pipodara belt are witnessing rapid urbanisation, supported by industries such as diamond, textile, and IT. Infrastructure developments including metro connectivity, expressways, and the Outer Ring Road are further accelerating growth, positioning East Surat as a prime investment destination.
The expo is designed to simplify property buying decisions by offering a wide range of options under one roof. Visitors will also have access to legal and financial advisory services, enabling more informed and secure investments. At the same time, developers will benefit from direct interaction with potential buyers, fostering transparency and trust in the market.
More than just an exhibition
HALO Property Expo 2026 aims to be more than a showcase—it represents a strategic movement to establish East Surat as the city’s next major growth engine. For homebuyers, investors, and real estate enthusiasts, the event offers a unique opportunity to explore emerging trends and future developments in Surat’s urban landscape.
