HYDERABAD: Food adulteration is posing a growing threat to public health, with products ranging from milk to fruits being contaminated with chemicals and artificial colours.
The issue has triggered concern after two sisters reportedly died after consuming adulterated mangoes in Hyderabad. Separately, Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar said he was bedridden for five days after consuming adulterated milk.
