Offenders produced in court, face jail terms
Police said violators were produced before court, with jail terms ranging from two to 15 days. A total of 27 offenders have already been jailed in 2026 as part of the crackdown.
Inspector Mohammad Asif said the department has adopted a strict stance. "Zero tolerance for drunk driving," he said, adding that enforcement would continue across major junctions in the city.
