HYDERABAD: IVRS fault disrupts helpline access for consumers
The water board informed consumers that an IVRS technical issue had disrupted access to its customer care number 155313.
The disruption affected complaint registration and service-related queries for a brief period.
BSNL team fixes issue on priority basis
The issue was resolved on priority in coordination with the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited technical team.
Officials said the technical fault was identified and rectified, restoring connectivity across all lines.
Services resume; consumers advised to use helpline
All phone lines are now functioning normally, the board said.
Consumers can again use the 155313 helpline to register complaints, seek services and obtain information. The board urged users to report any further issues through the same number.
