HYDERABAD: The Special Task Force (STF) on April 17, 2025, arrested a 27-year-old man and seized drugs and other material during an operation in Kukatpally.
Acting on credible information, STF Team D apprehended the accused at around 10.20 IST on a road in front of Janaki Nest Apartments in 9th Phase, KPHB Colony.
The accused has been identified as Mudavath Naveen, son of Mudavath Hussain, a resident of Plot No. 417, Survey No. 684, Weaker Section Colony, Phase-II, Mallanna Colony, Devaryamjal in Rangareddy district.
Contraband and vehicle seized during the operation
Police said they seized 0.001 grams of LSD and 290 grams of dry ganja from the accused. A mobile phone and a four-wheeler, a Maruti Dzire ZXi, were also recovered.
Case handed over for further investigation
Officials handed over the accused, the seized contraband and other material to the Station House Officer of Kukatpally police station for further investigation.
