Raidurg Land Auctions Return: TGIIC Floats Two Prime Plots, Bids Eyed Above ₹200 Crore Per Acre

HYDERABAD: The state government has put two prime land parcels in Raidurg up for auction. Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) will conduct e-auctions on May 28 and June 1.

The parcels measure 6.29 acres and 5.09 acres. Developers are expected to show strong interest. The location in Raidurg adds value. The government has also allowed multi-use development.

6.29-acre parcel auction on May 28

The 6.29-acre plot lies in Survey No. 83/1. It covers 30,452.61 sq. yd. TGIIC will auction it on May 28.

Both parcels allow multi-use development. Buyers can build residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects. They do not need reclassification approval.

Upset price set at ₹139 crore per acre

The government has fixed the upset price at ₹139 crore per acre. This is higher than the ₹101 crore benchmark from the October 2025 auctions.

Officials expect bids to reach ₹200 crore per acre. That would break the earlier record of ₹177 crore per acre.

Pre-bid meeting at T-Hub

TGIIC will hold a pre-bid meeting at T-Hub in Raidurg on May 18. The registration deadline is May 26. The EMD deadline is May 29. The EMD amount stands at ₹10 crore.

Strong land monetisation continues

TGIIC continues to monetise land parcels in Hyderabad. On April 23, it auctioned 15.81 acres in Osmannagar. The auction fetched ₹768.36 crore.

Rajapushpa Realty bought a 10.09-acre parcel for ₹517 crore. Brigade Enterprises purchased 5.72 acres for ₹251.36 crore.

Earlier, MSN Realty acquired a 7.67-acre Raidurg parcel in October 2025 auctions.

Raidurg remains a premium hub

The October 2025 Raidurg auctions generated ₹3,155 crore from 18.67 acres. One parcel sold for ₹177 crore per acre.

In November 2025, a 0.97-acre plot fetched ₹3.40 lakh per sq. yd. It generated ₹160 crore.

Officials say demand remains strong. Clear titles, infrastructure access, and high FSI drive interest in Raidurg.
