HYDERABAD: Enforcement officials in Ranga Reddy district seized 45 grams of hashish oil and arrested a suspect in Saroornagar.

According to officials, Shashank allegedly brought hashish oil from Guntur and attempted to sell it in the Saroornagar area.
Ranga Reddy Enforcement B Group Circle Inspector Subhash Chander, Sub-Inspector Nikhil, and their team intercepted him and seized the contraband.
Police handed over the accused along with the seized hashish oil to the Saroornagar Excise police station for further action.
25 banned cough syrup bottles seized from medical shop
In a separate operation, the enforcement team seized 25 bottles of banned cough syrup allegedly used as an intoxicant.
Circle Inspector Subhash Chander, Sub-Inspector Akhil, and their staff detained Sai Balaji at a medical shop in Gurramguda, Badangpet.
Drug Control Officer Vivekananda Reddy examined the seized bottles and confirmed they were banned cough syrup.
Police arrested Sai Balaji and handed him over along with the seized bottles to the Hayathnagar Excise police station, the Circle Inspector said.
