Alpha audience review

Alia Bhatt's Alpha is not faring well with audiences, and many are left unimpressed by the action thriller. Many have criticised Uday Chopra for writing a 'pathetic' movie.

A netizen wrote on X, "#Alpha Interval Review : All Hail the King Uday Chopra, This one is Atrociously PATHETIC. • Raw Chief is considering Self over Service. • A Super soldier is eating Fries and Junk. • 2 Songs have gone and both are Trash • The action blocks are Laughing Stock • The Fraternal Twins concept is good• BGM is very good • Lead actress diving in water with Bikini • Haryanvi was born in Haryana and di*d in Alpha by the hands of Bobby Deol • Uday Chopra is a big fan of Cap America. The only Grace saving is #AliaBhatt and her performance, Sharvari is looking good."

Another netizen claimed that Hrithik Roshan's cameo is the saving grace for the film. "#Alpha Movie Review 2.5* Hrithik Roshan's cameo is the only moment that truly brings excitement and relief to the film. Apart from that, the movie feels average and never really reaches its full potential. The story, pacing, and overall impact are just okay."

Another X user wrote, "1st Half: Original story and action sequences have been the best parts till now, though not something extraordinary but good nonetheless. Present story is a bit generic till now but a lot to be discovered Alia, Sharvari, Anil Kapoor are good though."

However, many found the movie engaging.

One wrote on social media, "Rating-⭐⭐⭐⭐ #Alpha is a complete entertainer! The film delivers powerful action, stunning visuals, and a gripping story that keeps you engaged from start to finish. The performances are outstanding, the background score adds great intensity, and the direction is impressive."

Another netizen appreciated the first part of the movie and wrote, "First half done ! #Alpha Good start. Alia's entry & the action sequence were really good, She's doing well. I did feel the pacing was off at times, with a few scenes & convo feel stretched. Sharvari good. Still feel Luthra should've been there instead of Anil. He feels dull."

"For the first time in the YRF Spy Universe, a woman is leading the movie. Alpha delivers one of the best entries in the entire franchise: banging BGM, crisp & action-packed. In one word: Sexy. I'm absolutely obsessed with her poise in that suit. Alia "Mommy Alpha" Bhatt! ," read another netizen's review.
