Mythri Movie Makers just made it official! The production house took to X to announce their next big project, AA23, with Pushpa star Allu Arjun, Coolie director Lokesh Kangaraj, and acclaimed music composer Anirudh Ravinchander.

It will mark Allu Arjun's 23rd film and his second collaboration with Mythri after his blockbuster franchise, Pushpa. Check out the announcement video:

On the occasion of Bhogi, January 14, Mythri Movie Makers shared the announcement video for their next with Allu Arjun, AA23. The news comes when rumours surrounding Allu Arjun's upcoming films, especially after AA22 with Atlee, were abuzz.

Fans are anticipating another blockbuster as the actor delivered Pushpa films, the biggest blockbusters of his career with Mythri. The announcement also revealed that AA23, which will be a Anirudh musical, will have director Lokesh Kanagaraj at the helm.

The song in the announcement video features lyrics by the mysterious Heisenberg and vocals by Hector Salamanca. The shoot is expected to go on floors in 2026.

Allu Arjun also posted the announcement video, mentioning, "I SAY 23. Goin on a spree. Low-Key G. Locked in mentally. That's a guarantee! Excited about the new journey with the Maverick @lokesh.kanagaraj garu. & at last with brother @anirudhofficial. Can't wait for this one."

Apart from Pushpa: The Rampage, Arjun is also working with Atlee on his 22nd film, tentatively titled AA22 x A6.

Produced by Sun Pictures, the film, touted to be under sci-fi genre, also stars Deepika Padukone in the female lead role. The film was announced in 2025 as Arjun's first project after his Pushpa films. The release date for AA22 is yet to be announced.

Allu Arjun has been working on the Pushpa film series for five years. Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa: The Rise (2021) made Rs 350 crore at the box office. Its sequel Pushpa 2: The Rule (2024) shattered records and brought in a whopping Rs 1871 crore. The film starred Arjun as Pushpa Raj, a daily wage worker becomes a red sandalwood smuggler.

After Vijay-starrer Leo, Lokesh helmed Coolie which featured Rajinikanth, Nagarjuna, Shruti Haasan, Soubin Shahir and others. Lokesh is also planning to make his acting debut with Arun Matheswaran's DC, which also stars Wamiqa Gabbi. It is expected to hit the screens in 2026.

Kanagaraj also wrote Benz, which will feature Raghava Lawrence alongside Kaithi, Vikram, and Leo.
