Fractal Analytics' IPO ended the final day of bidding with an oversubscription of 2.66X. Investors cumulatively placed bids for 4.95 Cr shares against 1.86 Cr shares open for subscription.
Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) oversubscribed their reserved quota the most, bidding for 4.06 Cr shares against the 97.1 Lakh shares reserved for them. This translated to a 4.18X oversubscription.
Besides, non institutional investors (NIIs) and retail investors also completely subscribed their respective quotas.
NIIs placed bids for 51.27 Lakh shares against 48.55 Lakh reserved for them, leading to a 1.06X oversubscription. Meanwhile, RIIs placed bids for 33.22 Lakh shares against 32.36 Lakh shares reserved for them. This led to a 1.03X oversubscription of their quota.
However, the portion reserved for employees remained undersubscribed. Fractal's employees placed bids for only 4.8 Lakh shares, against 7.7 Lakh shares offered to them. These investors only subscribed to their quota by 61%.

Fractal Analytics’ IPO picked up pace during the third bidding day, with the issue subscribing 1.84X. As of 14:27 IST, investors have cumulatively placed bids for 3.41 Cr shares against a total size of 1.86 Cr shares on offer till now.
The momentum in demand today was driven by qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), who have placed bids for 2.82 Cr shares against 97.1 Lakh reserved for them. This reflects a 2.9X oversubscription of their quota.
However, other investors are yet to completely subscribe to their quotas. Non institutional investors (NIIs) have subscribed to 60% of their allocated shares portion, placing bids for 29.54 Lakh shares against 48.5 Lakh shares reserved for them.
Meanwhile, retail individual investors (RIIs) have placed bids for 27.32 Lakh shares against 32.37 Lakh shares reserved under their quota. This translates to a 84% subscription.
The quota reserved for employees is also witnessing mild attraction, with 3.46 Lakh shares acquired against a reserved portion of 7.77 Lakh shares.
With the subscription of its IPO, the company is set to make its public market debut on Monday (February 16). It filed the red herring prospectus for an ₹2,833.9 Cr IPO earlier last week, setting a price of ₹857-₹900 per share. At the upper end of the band, Fractal's valuation stands at around ₹15,480 Cr ($1.75 Bn)
The issue comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹1,023.5 Cr and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to ₹1,810.4 Cr.
Ahead of the issue opening, Fractal raised ₹1,248.3 Cr from anchor investors by allotting 1.39 Cr shares at ₹900 apiece. Of this, 11 domestic mutual funds including SBI, Motilal Oswal, UTI and Trust MF were allotted about 52.8 Lakh shares, accounting for 38% of the anchor book.
On the financial front, Fractal's profit dipped nearly 3% to ₹70.9 Cr in H1 FY26 from ₹72.9 Cr in the year-ago period, even as operating revenue grew about 20% to ₹1,559 Cr from ₹1,300.7 Cr in H1 FY25.
