Check your status from home like this
You don't need to go anywhere to check your status. You can follow these simple steps from your phone:

First, go to the official website scholarship.up.gov.in.
Click on the Status button on the homepage.
Select your academic session 2025-26.
Now, enter your registration number and date of birth.
Click the Search button and the status will appear on your screen.
You can also check your payment status through the UMANG App or the PFMS portal.
Just have your bank account number and Aadhaar-linked mobile number ready.

Who is eligible?
This scholarship is offered to students from the General, OBC, SC, ST, and Minority categories. Just keep in mind that the family income should not exceed Rs 1 lakh for pre-matric (9th-10th) and Rs 2 to 2.5 lakh for post-matric.
