Info Edge (India) Ltd has announced that Pawan Goyal, its Whole-time Director and Chief Business Officer for Naukri, will step down from his role after more than seven years with the company.
Goyal will continue in his role until the close of business hours on 31 May 2026. After that date, he will also cease to be a member of the board committees on which he serves.
In his resignation letter, Goyal said, 'It has been great 7+ years at Info Edge. I have been fortunate to lead the business to a 16.8% CAGR growth in this period with operating PBT increasing from 53% to close to 57%. Having led the business for 7 years, I would like to move on and pursue other passions in life.'
He added that he wished the Info Edge team 'all the best for its future'.
Info Edge, the parent company of Naukri.com, 99acres and Jeevansathi, has not yet named a successor for the role.
During his tenure, Goyal oversaw the company's Recruitment Solutions segment, which includes its flagship platform Naukri.com. The segment remained the company's largest revenue contributor, with recruitment billings at Rs 548 crore in the Q3 FY26, up from Rs 494 crore a year earlier, while revenue from operations stood at around Rs 575 crore.
The announcement comes as Info Edge reported standalone billings of Rs 747 crore in the quarter, up 12% year on year, while standalone revenue from operations was Rs 765 crore.
