Mynd Fintech, a supply chain financing platform and subsidiary of M1xchange, has acquired a 100% stake in C2FO India Technologies for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition will bring C2FO India's platform, about 100 employees and around 140 clients into Mynd Fintech's operations.
The combined business is expected to process Rs 60,000 crore in annual transactions across buy-side and sell-side financing.
Sundeep Mohindru, Promoter and Director, M1 Group, said 'This strategic partnership helps us advance towards our goal of building a comprehensive digital working capital ecosystem in India. By combining these strengths with Mynd Fintech's supply chain financing solutions and M1xchange's expertise in TReDS, we will build an ecosystem that delivers high liquidity and efficiency to stakeholders across the corporate, financial, and MSME sectors.'
C2FO India serves around half of the Nifty 50 companies and supports the working capital financing needs of about 200,000 suppliers across sectors including cement and pharmaceuticals.
It offers early payment and dynamic discounting solutions for businesses and operates C2TReDS, an RBI-approved TReDS platform.
Mynd Fintech provides supply chain finance, invoice factoring and receivables financing solutions. It is part of the Mynd Group and works with M1xchange, an RBI-approved Trade Receivables Discounting System platform.
The acquisition will expand Mynd Fintech's supply chain finance business by combining its lending marketplace with C2FO India's early payment capabilities, technology platform and client network.
For suppliers, the enlarged platform is expected to support faster access to working capital through invoice-based financing. For corporate buyers, it will offer a broader platform to manage supplier finance programmes and improve liquidity across supply chains.
