Actor and filmmaker Sohail Khan has sold a premium office space in Andheri West for ₹5.90 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by real estate data firm Liases and Foras.
The transaction was officially registered on March 27, marking another high-value deal involving members of the extended Khan family. The sale highlights continued activity in Mumbai's competitive commercial real estate market, particularly in high-demand locations like Andheri.
The office property is located in the Arc One building along Link Road, a prominent commercial corridor in Mumbai known for its connectivity and business presence. Spanning approximately 1,559 square feet, the space is positioned in a bustling area that attracts a wide range of corporate tenants and investors. Its location adds significant value, given the steady demand for office spaces in this part of the city.
The buyer of the property is Bilkish Associates Private Limited, a company operating in the financial services sector. The firm provides solutions related to debt resolution, credit management, and sales support to banking institutions. The deal also includes three dedicated parking slots, which further enhances the asset's overall value in a city where parking availability is a premium feature.
As per the transaction details, a stamp duty of ₹35.40 lakh was paid, along with a registration fee of ₹30,000. Official responses from both Sohail Khan and the buying entity are still awaited. Industry observers note that such transactions reflect sustained investor confidence in Mumbai's commercial real estate, even amid fluctuating market conditions.
This sale forms part of a broader series of real estate transactions involving the family of actor Salman Khan, which has seen multiple high-value deals in recent months. In late 2025, his sister Arpita Khan Sharma sold a luxury apartment in Khar for ₹22 crore. The property, spread across 2,500 square feet with an additional terrace and multiple parking spaces, was originally purchased in 2017 and later sold to a corporate buyer.
Meanwhile, other family members have also been active in the property market. Actor-producer Atul Agnihotri has entered redevelopment projects through his firm, while Arbaaz Khan recently acquired a residential apartment in Jogeshwari West for ₹2.78 crore. With ongoing investments, acquisitions, and redevelopment initiatives, the Khan family continues to maintain a strong presence in Mumbai's real estate landscape, reflecting both strategic investments and long-term asset positioning.
