That put the group just behind The Weeknd, who topped the monthly ranking with $124.4 million from 16 shows. The Weeknd recorded 892,000 attendees across his July performances, while BTS managed to generate more than $100 million from half the number of shows - underlining just how enormous the demand for the group's return has become.
And the numbers are still climbing. With more shows yet to be counted, the tour's final gross could move even further beyond its current total, adding to what has already become a historic run for the group.
