The unexpected lease situation has added an unplanned complication to an already significant personal milestone, with the 61-year-old sharing that she was informed her landlord would not be renewing her stay at the Manhattan residence where she has lived for several years.
"We are both over 60, and we are starting again," Porizkova said.
"We're starting over completely, both of us, because we are about to move out of this apartment that I love so much, that has kept me safe, and where I've sort of grown up to be a woman, I feel."
While acknowledging the disruption, she noted that the situation is less daunting as she still co-owns a home with her sons, Jonathan and Oliver, which provides them with an alternative place to stay.

According to Prime Timer, on their podcast I Dream of Cameras, Paulina Porizkova revealed that she and Jeff Greenstein are preparing to "start over" following news of their impending eviction."We are both over 60, and we are starting again," Porizkova said.
"We're starting over completely, both of us, because we are about to move out of this apartment that I love so much, that has kept me safe, and where I've sort of grown up to be a woman, I feel."
While acknowledging the disruption, she noted that the situation is less daunting as she still co-owns a home with her sons, Jonathan and Oliver, which provides them with an alternative place to stay.
"We're very privileged souls. I do have a country house that I co-own with my sons [Jonathan and Oliver], and so we can move up there.
which is kind of further away from New York City... Or we still have [Greenstein's] house in L.A., which we are in the process of selling, but for the time being, we can go there," she explained.
