The 22-year-old influencer shared a heartfelt video explaining the financial strain she's been through during her mother's hospitalisation. Sharing a video on her Instagram, she revealed that her mother's unpaid hospital bills had reached a staggering Mex$5.9 million.While she also noted that she couldn't film certain confidential details, she displayed the final balance, Mex$5,937,651.28, after partial payments, a hospital discount and a contribution from a donor. Introducing herself as "Steff", she told viewers she is raising funds to cover medical and hospital expenses, assuring that all donations would go directly toward payments.
As of April 7, the fundraiser had already collected Mex$3,287,915 toward its goal, reflecting the strong response to her emotional plea.

Addressing the situation on Instagram, Loaiza said the outage was likely due to heavy traffic and expressed gratitude for the outpouring of support.
She later shared that the platform was working to restore normal access, calling the response one of the most significant waves of support seen in Mexico, and confirmed she was coordinating directly with the GoFundMe team to keep donations flowing.
