About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory laws.
2. Support in conducting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings, including preparation of agenda and minutes.
3. Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and secretarial documentation.
4. Handle filings with Registrar of Companies (RoC) and other regulatory authorities.
5. Assist in preparation and filing of various e-forms and returns.
6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for compliance matters.
7. Support in drafting resolutions, notices, and other corporate documents.
8. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping as per regulatory requirements.
