GANDERBAL: The District Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) Ganderbal today organised a series of activities across different zones of the district under the ongoing Nasha Mukt Abhiyan.
The programme featured badminton, cricket, table tennis, painting competitions and a pledge ceremony, aimed at spreading awareness against drug abuse while encouraging fitness and creativity among youth.
Students from various institutions participated with enthusiasm, reflecting their commitment to a healthy and disciplined lifestyle.
District Youth Services and Sports Officer,appreciated the active participation of students and the efforts of field staff. He highlighted the need for such initiatives to channelise the energy of youth towards positive pursuits and a drug-free life.
The programme concluded with a strong message on fitness, awareness and collective responsibility in building a drug-free society.
