NEW DELHI: Rajneesh Jain, President and Chief Financial Officer of Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, launched his book Quiet Excellence: 52 Reflections on Work, Faith and What Truly Matters at a special event held at the India International Centre on Sunday.
According to a press release, the event was attended by distinguished guests from industry, academia, administration and public life. Published by Om Books International, the book presents 52 reflections, experiences and life lessons drawn from everyday moments, work, faith and leadership.
The book explores how personal and professional success is shaped not only by major decisions but also by daily habits, human values and meaningful relationships.
Speaking at the launch, Rajneesh Jain said that Indian society has long been guided by a deep collective consciousness that helps people maintain balance between ambition and humility, action and reflection, and success and meaning.
"Our society and our nation have always been guided by a deep collective consciousness. It is this collective consciousness that helps us maintain balance in life, between ambition and humility, action and reflection, success and meaning. If this book can become even a small part of India's vast collective consciousness, I would consider my effort truly worthwhile," he said, according to the press release.
The book also features a message from Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, along with reflections from several eminent personalities.
The launch event was attended by Deepak Vohra as the chief guest. Other prominent attendees included Naresh Kumar, BK Asha Didi, TCA Srinivasa Prasad and Mahendra Nahata.
Speakers at the event observed that in a rapidly changing world, leadership is increasingly measured not only by achievements but also by empathy, values and contributions to society. They noted that Quiet Excellence seeks to communicate these ideas through simple language and relatable real-life experiences.
The book aims to encourage readers to reflect on the deeper aspects of work, faith, leadership and personal growth while navigating the challenges of modern life.
