Throwback: Abhishek Bachchan Always Wished To Have Two Kids; Says 'I Mean, I Have Me And My Sister'

In the year 2007, Bollywood's two renowned stars Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan tied the nuptial knot and this marked the beginning of their happy life as hubby and wifey. The duo got married on April 20, 2007, and after a big gap of thirteen years, they are still known as the most loving and popular pair.

And in 2011, Mr. And Mrs. Bachchan welcomed a cute baby girl and they named, Aaradhya Bachchan. But not a lot of know that Abhi wished wanted two children with his 'darling wife'.

Abhi talked about family planning and shared his wish of having two children with his wifey. He had also shared the clue after it and stated, 'I mean, I have me and my sister, so maybe that's where it comes from.'

Returning to the love tale of Abhishek and Aishwarya, the pair had been besties, at first, but later they became lovers and got married. Now, they are happily married for years and have one cute daughter.

In a media talk, Abhishek talked all about his love tale and stated, 'I was working with Aishwarya during the start of my career. Our first film together was Dhai Akshar Prem Ke in 2000 and we were friends since then. Simultaneously, we signed another film together called Kuch Na Kaho. We always had a close friendship and in time, it evolved into something more than that.'

While discussing his marriage proposal, the actor stated that he proposed to Aishwarya after they worked together in the movie Umrao Jaan and then they tied the nuptial knot. Now they are mom and dad to a beautiful daughter, Aaradhya.

Later, in a media talk, Aishwarya also shared about the time when Abhishek had proposed to her. She had said, 'I remember. During the filming of Jodha Akbar's song 'Khwaja Mere Khwaja', sitting as a bride, and I am like, omg this is surreal, all happening on-screen, off-screen, this is bizarre and Ashutosh is like you are engaged and I am like what.'
