OnePlus has officially expanded its mid-range portfolio in India with the launch of the OnePlus Nord CE 6 and the OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite . The latest entrants bring a significant design overhaul and massive battery upgrades to the popular Nord series.
While the standard Nord CE 6 sports a new square-shaped camera island, the Nord CE 6 Lite marks a return for the 'Lite' branding, offering a more accessible entry point for fans of the OxygenOS ecosystem.
Under the hood, the OnePlus Nord CE 6 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, paired with an Adreno 810 GPU and a robust vapour chamber cooling system. In contrast, the Nord CE 6 Lite opts for the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Apex SoC. Both devices run on the latest Android 16-based OxygenOS 16, ensuring a clean and modern software experience. A standout feature for both models is the battery life; the standard model packs a colossal 8,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging, while the Lite variant houses a 7,000mAh cell with 45W charging support.
The OnePlus Nord CE 6 features a premium 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3,600 nits, protected by Crystal Guard. The Lite model comes with a 6.72-inch Full-HD+ LCD screen, also refreshing at 144Hz. For photography, both handsets utilize a 50-megapixel primary sensor (OmniVision OV50D40) and a 2-megapixel secondary lens. For selfies, the standard model offers a high-resolution 32-megapixel front camera, whereas the Lite version is equipped with an 8-megapixel shooter.
The OnePlus Nord CE 6 is priced starting at ₹29,999 for the 8GB+128GB variant, while the top-end 256GB model is priced at ₹32,999. It goes on sale May 8 at 12 pm IST via Amazon and OnePlus.in. The Nord CE 6 Lite starts at a more aggressive ₹20,999 for the 6GB+128GB configuration, with sales beginning May 12.
