Produced by Aashirvad Cinemas and backed by distribution partners including Panorama Movies and Pen Movies, the film has already generated strong pre-release business, emerging as the Malayalam film with the biggest pre-release deal to date, according to industry reports.

Shooting for Drishyam 3 was completed in December 2025, and the film is currently in post-production. The story is set approximately four-and-a-half years after the events of Drishyam 2, continuing the journey of Georgekutty and his family.
