The 66-metre-high, 17-storey luxury property is located in the upscale Pali Hill area of Mumbai. According to officials, the attachment has been made through a provisional order in connection with an alleged bank fraud case linked to Reliance Communications.

With the latest action, the total value of assets attached in the case has reportedly reached approximately ₹15,700 crore. Authorities said the move is part of an ongoing investigation under anti-money laundering provisions.
