President Donald Trump spent nearly two hours at a White House press briefing Tuesday, highlighting his administration's accomplishments, taking aim at the United Nations, and emphasizing the U.S. need to control Greenland.
When asked how far he would go to acquire Greenland, Trump responded cryptically, "You'll find out."
Speaking on the anniversary of his inauguration and a day before addressing global elites at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Trump hinted at expanding his influence on international affairs.

He suggested his Trump-led Board of Peace, originally created to oversee the Gaza ceasefire, could soon mediate global conflicts and even supplant the U.N.
The briefing also comes amid growing pushback from NATO allies over Greenland and his latest retaliatory tariffs.

While the White House previously said Trump's Davos speech would spotlight his affordability agenda for housing, Tuesday's remarks suggested his ambitions may extend to reshaping global diplomacy.
