Dhurandhar Star Sara Arjun Recreated 14-Year-Old Ad, Fans Call Her 'Real Burger Bacha'

Before Dhurandhar, everyone knew Sara Arjun as the girl from that one ad. Granted, she did a lot of ads, but it was what most people knew her as and not for her other roles.

Taking advantage of that fame, McDonald's has made her their brand ambassador.

She had previously worked on an ad with them and not only did they bring her back to the brand, but even her iconic ad was recreated.

Sara Arjun Recreates Viral Ad

The fourteen-year-old McDonald's ad followed Sara Arjun as a child as she asked the guy sitting next to her if they were boyfriend-girlfriend. The boy responded by saying that girlfriends are very demanding and keep asking for something or the other. He didn't want to indulge in any such hassle.

To this, Arjun's character replied by saying that she only wants a McAloo Tikki.

The new ad builds up on the same heartwarming story. However, the roles are reversed. In this case, the guy asks if they are boyfriend-girlfriend. Sara then replied that boyfriends of today are more demanding. They want princess treatment and they want a lot more things.

The guy then begins to say what he wants. She cuts him off and rhetorically asks if he wants a McAloo Tikki. She then continued that if he gets one, what about her?

It was further captioned, "Some journeys come back in the most beautiful ways. My journey began with McDonald's years ago, and today being the face of the brand, feels surreal. A complete full circle moment. Some things haven't changed though, my McAloo Tikki is still my favourite!

I know so many of you grew up with it just like I did, and it's honestly so wholesome that we have that in common."

Fans took over her comment section. They kept complimenting her and how it truly was a full circle moment for her. They were teasing her for catering to the 'burger bache.'

They took to the comment section, making Dhurandhar references and congratulating her. Most of all, they were amused by how she hasn't changed at all.
