The feud between Samay Raina and Sunil Pal has only been escalating with time. During the controversy surrounding India's Got Latent Season 1, he had called the comedian many names and criticised his way of making jokes.
When they appeared together on the Kapil Sharma Show, it only seemed to get much worse. The comedian even claimed that he was offered ₹25 lakhs to join the show. However, that isn't the case.

Ever since Sunil Pal and Samay Raina faced each other on the stage of The Kapil Sharma Show, the former has been criticising the latter mercilessly. He has been calling out Samay for the return of India's Got Latent and for how the show is laden with problems.
However, another claim that he has made was that he was offered ₹25 lakh by Samay Raina to show up at the satirical comedy as a guest judge. Speaking with the paparazzi, he said, "No, he had spoken to me and said he would give me ₹25 lakh. I said I wouldn't cuss. He said, 'Don't do it, but we would be doing that.'"
Interestingly, that has since been debunked by Samay himself. Taking to his Instagram stories, the comedian shared a news clipping of the claim and straight up said that it was "fake news. Sunil Pal ko ₹25 lakh?" The message also included crying and laughing emojis.

Samay is notorious for making the best of his situation and him appearing on the same stage as Pal felt like an attempt at that until it turned otherwise. In a recent advertisement, he also showed up with Mukesh Khanna, who had also criticised the comedian and was against his crass humour.
Pal had also previously claimed that he would never show up on the comedy special and that if Samay was so confident about it, then he should feature his parents as guest judges too. The back-and-forth between the two comedians has been ongoing for some time now.
India's Got Latest Season 2 premiered recently, with the first episode featuring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari as guest judges. The second episode had Kiku Sharda and Chandan Prabhakar and aired on July 3.
