After the global success of RRR, filmmaker SS Rajamouli is returning to the big screen with his next directorial, the massive magnum opus Varanasi.
Starring Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Prithviraj Sukumaran, Varanasi release date has been revealed with a twisted marketing campaign.

SS Rajamouli's Varanasi Release Date Out
Social media is buzzing with pictures of mysterious hoardings all around the city of Varanasi with just "In Theatres" and "7 April 2027" written on hoardings side by side.
Sharing the same, a social media user wrote, "Publicity begins from the land of VARANASI itself. Yes, #Varanasi in Cinemas 07 APRIL, 2027. [Wednesday/Ugadi/Gudi Padwa]".

Reacting to the pictures, one social media user wrote, "Wow unique marketing. Without the title of the film this film will be remembered in history".
Another user reacted, "Mastermind of marketing" while refering to SS Rajamouli.
A third user commented, "April 7 Varanasi festival April 15 Ramnavami festival".
A fourth user wrote, "Prabhas will either ran way from march or prepone ..no ifs n buts" hinting at Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Spirit release date of March 5, 2027.
