The last major release of the year Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri starring Kartik Aaryan, Ananya Panday and Jackie Shroff is finally out in theatres.
Directed by Sameer Vidwans of Satyaprem Ki Katha fame, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri is produced by Karan Johar.
The movie released on December 25, 2025, amid low buzz and pre-sales at the box office. However, the initial reaction seems to be good.

Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri box office battle vs Dhurandhar & Avatar: Fire and Ash
While the trailer seemed pretty generic, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri promised to entertain with a different kind of story considering the filmmaker's previous movie too seemed a regular romantic drama on face value but had more to it than what initially seemed.
Despite the IT factor, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri due to poor trailer didn't get enough buzz on social media and fared poorly in advance ticket sales. This led to the allegations of corporate and block bookings by the makers.
While the opening day seems to be decent thanks to the allegations, the movie will now heavily depend on organic the word of mouth to go the distance at the box office.
The number is going to be alarming considering it's a solo Christmas release.

Having said that, there are two major roadblocks for Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri - the holdover blockbusters, Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna and Sanjay Dutt's Dhurandhar and James Cameron's Avatar: Fire and Ash starring Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana.
Despite Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, Dhurandhar is expected to dominate the festive weekend despite being in its fourth week. Additionally, Avatar: Fire and Ash too is wreaking havoc at the box office as it has already made over Rs 100 crore in India and is all set to go past Rs 200 crore by the end of its run.
