GHAZIABAD: A 30-year-old man died under suspicious circumstances in Muradnagar's Radha Kunj Colony, prompting police to launch an investigation after the deceased's family accused his wife and in-laws of involvement in the incident.

The deceased, identified as Rahul, was living with his wife in the colony. According to police, he was taken to a nearby hospital in a critical condition, where doctors declared him dead.

After receiving information, police reached the spot, took custody of the body and sent it for postmortem examination. Officials said the exact cause of death would be known only after the report is received.

Rahul's family members alleged foul play and claimed that he had been facing domestic disputes with his wife for a long time. His mother, Saroj, alleged that the ongoing conflict between the couple may have led to the incident.

The family demanded a fair probe and strict action against those found responsible. They also urged police to thoroughly investigate the role of Rahul's wife and her family members.
