BRS working president KTR went to the ACB office today morning with regards to the E-Racing case. But looks like the Congress government has done a good turn to him.
When KTR reached ACB office, the officials denied him a lawyer. Following this, KTR and his aids turned back and left the office.

Now the onus falls on the Congress government as KTR presented himself before the ACB without facing investigation.
KTR insisted that his lawyer be allowed when he was being questioned, but he was denied the facility. With this, the BRS leader turned back.
HC Allows Lawyer to Accompany KTR
The High Court had ordered KTR to cooperate with ACB in the matter. Following which KTR reached ACB office today morning. But what transpired went in favour of KTR.
Before moving out, KTR wrote his side of the argument on the road and gave it to ACB officials. He said further action must be taken following High Court ruling. He then went to the Telangana Bhavan.

Meanwhile, the Congress government has revealed new twists in E-Racing case. They disclosed how funds were diverted through Greenko. The govt said that Greenko diverted Rs 41 crore by buying electoral bonds.
The bonds were procured 26 times in 2022 between April and October, the govt said. But the story continues.
Now, after today's incident, the ACB is trying to issue notices to KTR once again.
