Kavita Kaushik recently took a dig at Salman Khan while talking about Bollywood's dadagiri culture. She praised Vivek Oberoi for speaking his mind and said the industry prefers swag over morals.

Kaushik's statement also brings out her problem with the worship of power in Bollywood where celebrities like Salman are praised for their looks and not their values.

Her point is Bollywood and maybe society in general focuses on the bravado of power and sidelines those who question the status quo to bring about change.

This is what the public allows. While public adoration helps celebrities like Salman to exist, to build a better industry culture we need to focus on accountability and fairness.
